We had worked with Nicki in the past on the buy-side. This was our first experience with her on the sell-side, and, in short, she did a remarkable job. She guided us on the timing of our project (strategic thinker), reviewed different options for our different properties, and once we decided on selling our main house, she sets things in motion. From the staging, to prepping the house, she was involved in every aspect. I witnessed her once give a tour to prospective buyers.
